when people come to our site they are greeted by a pop-up…
i have looked everywhere and I cant seem to find a way to edit this or remove … any help greatly appreciated

it’s called a Banner Topic.
go to that topic, click on the tool icon
Click on Pin Topic
then right at the bottom it should show you to unpin banner topic

yes, its a topic that was created to show up for users. when they press the dismiss they wont see it again.
it might be an unlisted topic that was pinned. only admin will be able to find it.

Thanks for the help, I didn’t find it with that link but with it I used an old topic to edit then remove… appreciate the help good sir you are a star !! couldn’t of done it without your help
