Is it possible to create a topic in a community that then requires all replies to have a certain type of formatted response?
If they hit reply it would ask them for
Text label {text input}
Image [file chooser]
Description {text input}
{submit}

We have topic templates What are Topic Templates? , which pre-fill content, but that content is user-editable and not validated (and for topics, not replies).
There’s an existing feature request for something similar, but as far as I know it’s not a feature/plugin that anyone is currently working on.
Topic templates are a great feature of Discourse. The Markdown however, makes them visually non-appealing and even difficult to understand for a non-tech user.

Here is an imaginary example for a movies community. It would be great if templates were like web form…
