"Request blocked" in quoted link?

Hi!

Here, a user posted a link that has no preview: Nouveau record du monde de l'heure 33,365 k - #31 par toutestbon - Actualités - Monocycle.info

I quoted the link only, and if the link works in the quote, it replaced the link URL by “Request blocked”: Nouveau record du monde de l'heure 33,365 k - #47 par Canapin - Actualités - Monocycle.info

Any idea why? Is that a Discourse-side effect or is it related to something else?
