Resurrected topics should go away when last post is deleted

I’m not sure it’s a bug or it’s a feature. Let’s assume this:

  1. We have a topic that’s one year (or more) old.
  • Someone add a comment to that topic;
  • The topic will come first on the homepage (this is good);
  • That comment is spam/offtopic/whatever. So it is deleted;
  • The topic remains on the homepage, although it doesn’t have anything new.

I believe that after step 4 the topic should go away from the main page?
