O plano mostra o PostgreSQL processando milhões de posts para a verificação de visibilidade, com uma grande discrepância entre as linhas estimadas e as reais (7 estimadas vs 5,16 milhões reais).
Eu forneci a consulta e o plano de execução para um LLM para ver se ele poderia ajudar a identificar o gargalo. Ele sugeriu uma pequena mudança que causa buscas indexadas para os posts individuais revisáveis, em vez de varrer milhões de posts, através do uso de OFFSET 0 em Reviewable.viewable_by:
Testei a consulta modificada diretamente (não alterei o Discourse) e o tempo de execução caiu de 32,95s para 1,64s, retornando exatamente a mesma contagem de 15.150 itens revisáveis.
