Screen cut off on mobile

Hi
Does anyone know about the problem/solution for “User profile cut off on mobile” problem?
One of the users sent me that image after clicking on my profile, she can only see half profile screen. She uses Oneplus6. I don’t have this issue on my Samsung.

Are they using the multi window feature? Something like that?

The screenshot in your post looks like the desktop view on a mobile device.

In the mobile view, user cards have a slightly darker underlay that looks like this

Perhaps she accidentally toggled the desktop view on mobile? If so, it’s easy to fix that. She just needs to click on the hamburger menu and then click here

That looks like the issue, I just saw the problem.
