Acredito que estava funcionando até recentemente e foi arquivado, possivelmente um pouco prematuramente como parte de uma limpeza excessivamente entusiasmada em 2021. Acho que simplesmente não precisou de nenhuma atualização desde então. (até agora, pelo menos).
Na verdade, o maior problema, institucionalmente, é que alguém o arquivou, mas o deixou marcado como “oficial”. (Mas eu não faço parte da instituição, então posso estar errado!)
