I am wondering if there is a way to set up a search by file type for an attachment within posts. I don’t need the contents, but say someone wanted to browse through the post that had a specific extension on the file type of an attachment in the post, that would be handy. Searching for just the extension leads to a lot of false positives because there is a lot of code on our site.
