Why there is a search panel on a private not logged in forum?
I think the search button should not be displayed in this case.

Not a bad idea, if someone wants to create a community PR to change that.

Also no need in the triple-lines button, there is no any menu on click.

Both the search button and hamburger were removed on login-required sites a while ago.
