the KPIs in the dashboard include all users, including the own staff. Is it possible to change the KPIs so that the page views etc. of all users marked as staff are not included?

We are a small community (about 200 members) and our numbers are relatively low. And it seems that admins are counted in the logged in user views, even for the admin pages. So if I am running reports for a monthly report, I might make 100 views, which would distort our total. Is there anyway to remove this out of the count?
