It’s still recommended that you not use the one-click.
It looks like nginx is installed. You could try to
apt-get purge nginx
and see what that does. Better would be to delete that droplet, create an ubuntu 22.04 one and follow the standard install instructions.
Out of curiousity, what does
docker ps
show?
