We’ve been using DiscourseConnect with WordPress as the provider successfully for several years and have not changed the Discourse or WP configurations. Today I notice what I think is a new behavior.
When I log out, it used to take me to the WordPress login screen. Now it takes me to the Discourse login screen. If I try to log in with the Discourse screen, I get an Unknown Error, but the point is I shouldn’t be there at all- I should be at the WP login.
Note I do have local logins enabled (not sure why, since I’m using WP). If I disable local logins and try to log in, it says there are no login methods available. So I guess it doesn’t like my WP connection, but again, I haven’t changed the configurations on either end. I’ve confirmed Discourse Connect is enabled, the connect url is correct, and the secret is the same on both ends.
Up to date with 3.5.0.beta5-dev. Also the WP Discourse plugin is up to date.
