升级到最新版本后，Sidekiq在发送邮件时出现错误

Dear team,

My discourse runs normally before upgrade. But after upgrade, it got alot issue in sidekiq in sending email:

Jobs::HandledExceptionWrapper: Wrapped Net::OpenTimeout: execution expired

I don’t know why. But before this, my plan in email was broken because the payment issue. After fix the payment, it works normally.

I don’t know if this is error from Discourse or email service. Please guide!

I am having problems with multiple mail services, so I think this is a Discourse problem

I found that this was a problem with my DNS resolver.
