Some forums might have topics dedicated to question & answer help, or to specific workflows (using templates, for example). The text “New Topic” can be globally customized, but it would be nice to be able to make this “New Question” or “New Request” — or whatever! — on a per-category basis.

In theory this could be done with a theme component but a setting would make this easier
