Discourse のアップグレード中にエラーが発生しました

Hi, upgrading seem to get stuck at the same point. I am not a docker knowledgeable person.truly appreciate if you can tell me what to do.

Log in to your server via the console or ssh and

 cd /var/discourse 
./launcher rebuild app

Hi Jay, I puTTYed into the console and entered the two commands you suggested. I get the message saying verify it is running and you have access.
