I log delle azioni dello staff mostrano l'utente sbagliato

If you check the staff action logs from a user’s admin page, and do the same on a second user’s admin page, the logs show for the wrong user.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. At a user’s admin page click “Action logs”
  2. Notice the “Target user” filter and the results match
  3. Use the admin sidebar to navigate to users
  4. Visit another user’s admin page
  5. Click “Action logs”

Expected result: You see the staff action logs filtered for that user
Actual result: While the “Target user” filter pretends that you see the staff action logs filtered for that user, you actually still see the logs of the first user whose logs you checked.
