"Start upgrading" button after successfully upgraded

I remember reporting the same issue probably more than a month ago so it has been here for a while.

Start Upgrading button becomes active during docker-manager upgrades

Additionally, I noticed that the Start Upgrade button erratically becomes active during the upgrade in docker manager. [IMG_20200817_122920] [IMG_20200817_122858]
