Subscriptions: Add pagination to admin subscriptions view

Just an FYI, there doesn’t seem to be any pagination on the /admin/plugins/discourse-subscriptions/subscriptions view. I see the first few subs even though we have hundreds.

Ah good call here - oversight on my part. I’ve added this to my list of improvements!

I’ve just ran into this. Is this the only place with pagination missing?
