Incorrect, suppressing the category should also remove it from /latest. If it is not doing that, that’s a bug. I tested on try.discourse.org by suppressing the “school” category and it worked. It fails to work when latest isn’t the front/home page. If you have categories as the home/front page, it doesn’t suppress from latest (which is now a secondary page) However, that makes sense, as the setting is suppress from Homepage, not suppress from Latest

Hmm, I see what you mean. I think this should suppress from both pages regardless.

Perhaps we could have an option to suppress from latest and another to suppress from categories regardless of what is set as the default?

I will rename the setting to suppress from latest and categories and make sure it removes the category from both pages.

currently top page is our landing page, and the categories that are suppressed from our homepage, is still shown in the latest page. does it meant to be like this?

The category setting for Suppress this category from the homepage is not working when desktop category page style is set to Categories and Latest Topics. So my try/sandbox category and other suppressed categories are showing on that page. Can we suppress on that page also?
