Sospendere e poi dare la moderazione all'utente mostra l'opzione di annullamento della sospensione, ma l'annullamento restituisce un errore

Reproduction steps are as follows (admin user level required):

  1. Suspend the user for any reason / time.
  2. Grant the suspended user moderation.
  3. Attempt to press “Unsuspend” , this action will return an error:

There is no practical reason why you would give a user moderator after suspending them, so that’s basically why this bug is still there.

If you try to reproduce this issue with silencing instead, it will let you proceed instead so I’m not sure why this happens.
