SVG avatar and profile summary layout issue

Just noticed that this account uses an SVG as an avatar, and the summary page alignment is… off:

Do we even support SVG as an avatar? cc @sam @awesomerobot

Back in 2018 the consensus was:

But AFAIK it was eventually allowed.
