Tag as both parent and in the tag group

Seems there’s a bug with tag groups.
When I try to create a new topic and add a tag, I can only see the tags that are not in a tag group. I even cannot see parent tags to select one.

Also works with parent tags, in allowing me to add it only if parent tag is used:

Okay, it doesn’t work when I have a tag as both parent and in the tag group.
That seemed to work before.

@neil do you think we should support this? That seems like a bad idea to me.

No, it doesn’t make sense to me. The tag groups UI should be improved to forbid it.
