Balises supprimées du compositeur lors de la création d'un brouillon partagé

When creating a shared draft, I’ve noticed that tags disappear when switching from “Create Topic” to “Shared Draft” and vice versa.

1. Open Composer
2. Enter topic title
3. Select topic category
4. Enter tag(s)
5. Switch to Shared Draft
6. Tags have been removed.
