Termini e Protezione dei Dati nel footer responsivo semplice senza login in comunità chiusa

Hi everybody,

I am self-hosting discourse for a closed community (registration + login nececssary). However for legal reasons we want to make two pages (pre-created “terms & conditions” & “data protection” pages) available prior login through easy-responsive-footer.
Is there any way to except these two dedicated pages / URLs from access rights management and required login?

Thanks a lot,
blindzero

Hi blindzero,

If your community is set to require login you can display specific pages publicly using the show_published_pages_login_required setting, which allows published pages to remain accessible.

First you’ll need to publish the specific pages you want to make publicly available. Then enable the show_published_pages_login_required setting. This will allow anonymous users to access these published pages without requiring login.

Hi @HAWK
Thanks a lot for that hint, now a maybe stupid question: tried to find the setting in multiple sections in admin panel, but couldnt find it, even with use of settings filter.
Is there any way to find any setting no matter where it is?
Thanks a lot,
