I’ve been using Discourse on my websites in Brazil for a while, and I’d like to share something simple I worked on that might be helpful to others.
Apparently, when installing Discourse in Brazilian Portuguese, the Terms of Service page is the only one not translated by default. Regarding that, I translated it on my website and would like to share it with you here.

I hope this can be useful to someone someday. The work involved is simply updating the company names and some links. I’ll also post the HTML of the topic here to make editing easier for you.
These terms govern the use of the forum at <https://esk8brasil.com.br>. To use the forum, you must agree to these terms set by Esk8 Brasil, the team that runs the forum.
The team may offer other products and services under different terms. The terms presented here apply only to the use of the forum.

*** These terms include a number of important provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, such as the disclaimers in [Disclaimers](#heading--disclaimers), the company's limitation of liability to you in [Limitation of Liability](#heading--liability), your agreement to indemnify the company/team for damages caused by misuse of the forum in [Responsibility for Your Use](#heading--disputes), and an agreement to arbitrate disputes in [Disputes](#heading--disputes).***
<h2 id="heading--permission"><a href="#heading--permission">Your Permission to Use the Forum</a></h2>
Subject to these terms, the Esk8 Brasil team grants you permission to use the forum. Everyone must agree to these terms to use the forum.
<h2 id="heading--conditions"><a href="#heading--conditions">Conditions of Use of the Forum</a></h2>
Your authorization to use the forum is subject to the following conditions:
1. You must be at least thirteen years old.
2. You will no longer be able to use the forum if our team contacts you directly to inform you that you cannot.
3. You must use the forum in accordance with [Acceptable Use](#cabeçalho-contencioso-normas) and [Content Standards](#cabeçalho-contencioso-normas).
<h2 id="título-utilização responsável"><a href="#cabeçalho-utilização responsável">Responsible Use</a></h2>
1. You may not break the law while using the forum.
2. You may not use or attempt to use another person's account on the forum without their specific authorization.
3. You may not buy, sell, or otherwise trade usernames or other unique identifiers on the forum.
4. You may not send advertisements, chain letters, or other solicitations through the forum, nor use the forum to collect addresses or other personal data for commercial mailing lists or databases.
5. You may not automate access to the forum or monitor the forum, for example, with a web crawler, browser plugin or add-on, or any other computer program that is not a web browser. You may search the forum to index it for a publicly available search engine if you operate one.
6. You may not use the forum to send emails to mailing lists, newsgroups, or group mail aliases.
7. You may not falsely imply that you are affiliated with or endorsed by the company.
8. You may not create hyperlinks to images or other non-hypertext content on the forum from other web pages.
9. You may not remove any marks indicating ownership of materials you download from the forum.
10. You may not display any part of the forum on other sites using `<iframe>`.
11. You may not disable, circumvent, or bypass any security or access restrictions on the forum.
12. You may not overload the forum's infrastructure with an excessive volume of requests, or requests intended to impose an excessive load on the information systems underlying the forum.
13. You may not impersonate others through the forum.
14. You may not encourage or assist anyone in violating these terms.
<h2 id="heading--content-standards"><a href="#heading--content-standards">Content Standards</a></h2>
1. You may not submit content to the forum that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful to third parties. This includes content that is harassing, inappropriate, or abusive.
2. You may not submit content to the forum that violates the law, infringes on someone's intellectual property rights, violates someone's privacy, or breaches agreements you have with others.
3. You may not submit content to the forum that contains malicious computer code, such as computer viruses or spyware.
4. You may not submit content to the forum merely to hold a spot, to keep a specific address, username, or other unique identifier.
5. You may not use the forum to disclose information you are not authorized to disclose, such as confidential or personal information of third parties.
<h2 id="título--execução"><a href="título--execução">Enforcement</a></h2>
The company may investigate and pursue legal action for violations of these conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law. The company may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the suppression of violations of the law and these conditions.
The company reserves the right to alter, edit, or remove forum content for any reason. If you believe someone has submitted content to the forum in violation of these terms, [contact us immediately](#heading--contact).
<h2 id="heading--your-account"><a href="#heading--your-account">Your Account</a></h2>
You must create and log into an account to use certain features of the forum.
To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide, at minimum, a valid email address and keep that address up to date. You may close your account at any time by sending an email to `contato@esk8brasil.com.br`.
You agree to be responsible for all actions taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you close your account or notify the company that your account has been compromised. You agree to notify the company immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. You agree to choose a secure password for your account and keep it secret.
The company may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account on the forum in accordance with its policy for handling copyright-related withdrawal requests, or if the company reasonably believes you have broken any rule in these terms.
<h2 id="heading--your-content"><a href="#heading--your-content">Your Content</a></h2>
Nothing in these terms grants the company any intellectual property rights you share with the forum, such as your account information, messages, or other content you submit to the forum. Nothing in these terms gives you any ownership rights over the company's intellectual property either.
Between you and the company, you remain solely responsible for the content you submit to the forum. You agree not to misleadingly suggest that the content you submit to the forum is sponsored or approved by the company. These terms do not obligate the company to store, maintain, or provide copies of the content you submit, or to modify it, in accordance with these terms.
The content you submit to the forum belongs to you, and you decide what permissions to grant others for it. But at a minimum, you license the company to provide the content you submit to the forum to other forum users. This special license allows the company to copy, publish, and analyze the content you submit to the forum.
When the content you submit is removed from the forum, either by you or the company, the company's special license ends when the last copy disappears from the company's backups, caches, and other systems. Other licenses you apply to the content you submit, such as [Creative Commons](https://creativecommons.org) licenses, may continue after your content is removed. These licenses may give others, or the company itself, the right to reshare your content through the forum.
Others who receive content you submit to the forum may violate the terms under which you license your content. You agree that the company will not be liable to you for such violations or their consequences.
<h2 id="título--responsabilidade"><a href="#cabeçalho--responsabilidade">Your Responsibility</a></h2>
You agree to indemnify the company against legal claims from third parties related to your violation of these terms, or violation of these terms by others using your account on the forum. Both the user and the company agree to notify each other of any legal claims for which they may have to indemnify the company as soon as possible. If the company does not promptly notify you of a legal action, it will not be required to indemnify the company for damages it could have defended or mitigated with immediate notice. You agree to allow the company to control the investigation, defense, and resolution of legal claims for which you would have to indemnify the company, and to cooperate with these efforts. The company agrees not to accept any settlement that admits fault or imposes obligations on you without your prior agreement.
<h2 id="heading--disclaimers"><a href="#heading--disclaimers">Disclaimers</a></h2>
***You accept all risks associated with using the forum and its content. To the extent permitted by law, the company and its suppliers provide the forum as is, without any kind of warranty.***
The forum may contain hyperlinks and integrate forums and services managed by others. The company makes no warranties regarding services managed by third parties or content they may provide. The use of third-party services may be governed by other terms between you and the service provider.
<h2 id="heading--liability"><a href="#heading--liability">Limitation of Liability</a></h2>
***Neither the company nor its suppliers shall be liable to you for damages caused by breach of contract that your personnel could not reasonably have foreseen when you agreed to these conditions.***
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability to you for claims of any kind related to the forum or forum content shall be limited to 50 reais.
<h2 id="heading--feedback"><a href="#heading--feedback">Feedback</a></h2>

You agree that the company is free to act on your feedback and suggestions, and that the company will not have to notify you that your feedback was used, obtain your permission to use it, or pay you. You agree not to submit feedback or suggestions that you believe may be confidential or owned by you or others.
<h2 id="heading-termination"><a href="#heading--termination">Termination</a></h2>
Both you and the company may terminate the agreement set out in these terms at any time. When our agreement ends, your permission to use the forum also ends.

<h2 id="heading--disputes"><a href="#heading--disputes">Disputes</a></h2>
The Federative Republic of Brazil shall govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.
You and the company agree to seek injunctions related to these terms only in the state or federal court in São Paulo. Neither you nor the company shall object to jurisdiction, venue, or forum in these courts.
***In addition to seeking an injunction or for claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, you and the company will resolve any dispute through binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will follow the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. Arbitration will take place in São Paulo. The claimant will resolve any dispute as an individual, not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding, whether as plaintiff or class member. No arbitrator will consolidate any dispute with any other arbitration without the company's permission.***
Any arbitration award will include arbitration costs, reasonable attorney fees, and reasonable witness costs. The client and the company may submit arbitration awards to any court with jurisdiction.
<h2 id="título--geral"><a href="#título--geral">General Terms</a></h2>
If a provision of these conditions is unenforceable as written but can be modified to make it enforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Otherwise, that provision shall be deleted.
You may not assign your agreement with the company. The company may assign its agreement to any affiliate of the company, to any other company that obtains control of the company, or to any other company that acquires assets of the company related to the forum. Any attempt to assign contrary to these terms has no legal effect.
Neither the exercise of any right under this Agreement, nor the waiver of any breach of this Agreement, waives any other breach of this Agreement.
These terms incorporate all terms of the agreement between you and the company regarding the use of the forum. These terms completely replace any other agreements regarding your use of the forum, whether written or not.

The company may notify you under these terms using the email address you provide for your forum account, or by posting a message on the forum homepage or your account page.
<h2 id="heading--changes"><a href="#heading--changes">Changes</a></h2>
The company last updated these terms on June 4, 2020, and may update them again. The company will publish all updates on the forum. For updates containing substantial changes, the company agrees to send you an email if you have created an account and provided a valid email address. The company may also announce updates with special messages or alerts on the forum.
Once notified of an update to these terms, you must agree to the new terms to continue using the forum.
