I think it’s from House Ads in the official Ad Plugin
Those are CodeFund ads, which are integrated into Discourse with the official ad plugin.
To use them, you first need to apply for a CodeFund account as a publisher. Once you’re approved and have a property ID, enter it into the “codefund property id” setting in Discourse and adjust the other settings as you like.
