Topic admin actions is invisible if there is no right gutter

I apologize if it has already been reported
My discourse is on v1.6.0.beta8 +104 .
If topic has not right gutter there is no topic admin actions icon on post.
Is this bug or I miss something

Fixed per:

Admin wrench missing since sidebar changes

The admin wrench now appears at the top of the new scrolling sidebar: In cases where that sidebar doesn’t exist, there is no wrench (that I can see). [image]
