Topic 🔧 menu cut off in landscape (admin)

Hello everyone.
Just a thing that bugs me is that when in mobile (screen landscape) the admin actions stay in a weird position and you can’t move them up effectively cutting the rest of the actions off. This only happens when the menu circleed in red is pressed. (2.4.0 beta 10)
