If you are a staff member on the site, you can get that data from the Posts report that you’ll see on your admin dashboard. Click the Posts report title to be taken to a detailed posts report (found at /admin/reports/posts.)
The report lets you filter by time period and category. The report can be displayed as either a table or a graph. By default it displays as a table. In this view, the total posts for the period is displayed at the bottom of the table.
