Hi Lilly, yes, I created the bot user in the Persona setting and enabled all those settings as shown above, but it still showing that message.

We can’t use AI in private group chats. It works only on channels, that are category based (if group limitations allow it) or 1:1 with AI.

¿ creaste un usuario bot en la página de configuración de persona? entonces puedes habilitar menciones y chat.
