Trust Level 2 ユーザーが「approve_unless_allowed」でフラグ付けされるのはなぜ?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently noticed that multiple Trust Level 2 users had their posts caught in the review queue. The reason given is “approve_unless_allowed.”

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

• The users are TL2, so they should normally be able to post freely.

• There are no watched words in their posts.

No links or anything that should trigger moderation.

• Akismet does not seem to be involved.

• The posts were made in categories that do not require manual approval.

• The site setting “approve_unless_allowed” is enabled, but I’m not sure why it’s affecting TL2 users.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What determines whether a user is considered “allowed” under this setting?

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Could you share what groups you’ve added to that setting?

It should be sending any posts made by people not in the named groups to the review queue for approval:

Posts created by users not in these groups must be approved. Posts created by admins and moderators are always approved.
