I have been using ask.discourse.com for research and sometimes want to invite and share with others.
There are 3 users with Meta accounts but I can only add one of them.
When searching for the other users I get No matches found.
Does anyone know why and how I can resolve this?

Perhaps those users simply never registered on Ask Discourse?
The one user I was able to share with was not signed up.
I sent an invite and he was asked to login or register the first time.
But, I was able to search for and add the name.
The other users have Meta accounts, I know this for sure, but if I click to invite no matter how I search for the name it comes back with No Match Found.
@rubi I just invited you to a PM on ask and it appeared to work, both for my admin account and my TL1 test account. Can you confirm on your end that you can see the PMs?

I believe this is the solution for you. ask.discourse.com is a separate Discourse site. You need to ask the meta members you want to share with to click across to ask.discourse.com to create their accounts there. Then you will be able to invite them to your PMs with the bot.

I can now confirm that users who have a Meta account only need to sign in here and then navigate to ask.discourse to also be signed in.
I was able to then search for and invite the user to a topic, yay!
(I must be getting old, where is the Solution box? Or is it not enabled for Contribute > Site feedback?)
You are right there is none for this category. No worries! Glad the issue has been resolved.
Or to move to Support, mark, and move it back, a workaround we did in another form I was on.
