@Anuj_Kapoor I have been trying to get this to work too and I have posted here Cant get google tag manager to work a way to make Google Tag Assistant to work without any custom code in Discourse version 3.2.
Hope this helps, now I think Google Analytics 4 is working, just will need some time to gather data.
