Uncategorized missing meta description

The text key category.uncategorized_description dosen’t appear on meta desctiption both with or witout Javascript enable. It’s by design or a bug?

This should probably be populated by the uncategorized description site setting, I would assume? Maybe you could take a peek sometime next week @techAPJ?
