Comprensione del report "Tempo alla prima risposta"

Continuando la discussione da Come posso creare un grafico di “Salute Completa” della mia community nell’ultimo anno?:

Qualche idea su cosa rappresentano questi numeri in relazione a minuti o ore? Il tooltip afferma ore alla prima risposta, quindi sono confuso dato che è suddiviso per centinaia durante la visualizzazione del grafico settimanale.

First Response Time - Clarification

Time to first response is calculated by subtracting the value of the topic’s created_at field from the value of the created_at field of the topic’s first reply. If you move a post to an existing topic that does not yet have a reply, that post’s created_at field will be used to calculate the response time for the topic.
