This is already possible using the free version of the Custom Wizard Plugin 🧙. You configure a joining wizard, which redirects through to the link you desire. It isn’t restricted to a Topic (you can use any link).
I’d love for the invite functionality to allow links other than Topic links. For one of my instances, Category links would be very helpful.
