Updating how categories are organized on Meta

Can we debug this?

I was about to ask how your preference for automatically unpinning topics is configured? I remember the default for Meta being changed a while back

OK, I have enabled Automatically unpin topics here on meta again, and can confirm that the user pref is showing up again. The user pref was enabled for me by default, and I have disabled it for myself now. New users will now have it set to disabled by default, and existing users can change it for themselves.

But it seems Automatically unpin topics is disabled here now; at least, I cannot find the option in my preferences anymore.
