Probleme beim Upgrade von alter Version 2.8.5

Es kommt nur so, dass wir Discourse schon sehr lange nicht mehr aktualisiert haben. Wir sind derzeit bei v2.8.5. Ich habe kürzlich festgestellt, dass Discourse weit über Version 3 hinaus ist.
Ich möchte auf die aktuelle Version aktualisieren, aber vorerst möchte ich zumindest auf die neueste Version 2.8.x – 2.8.14 – aktualisieren.
Und hier ist ein großes Problem. Wenn ich neu erstelle, aktualisiert Discourse das Basis-Image, und ich erhalte diesen Fehler:

Die Plugins sind alle klar – sie müssen in app.yaml auskommentiert werden. Aber das hilft nicht – die Plugin-Fehler verschwinden, und der Fehler:

bleibt bestehen.

Und ich kann nichts dagegen tun. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, mein Forum auf Version 2.8.14 zu aktualisieren?

Wenn nicht, und für die Zukunft, wie kann ich von Version 2.8.5 auf Version 3.x.x aktualisieren? Die Situation wird dadurch erschwert, dass ich eine externe Datenbank, PostgreSQL, verwende. Soweit ich weiß, erfordert dies aufgrund der KI-Funktionen in der neuen Discourse eine Vektordatenbank, PgVector. Muss ich irgendwie migrieren? Gibt es eine Anleitung, wie dies korrekt und schmerzlos durchgeführt werden kann?

Es scheint, dass Plugins nicht die Ursache für den Wiederherstellungsfehler sind, das Problem liegt hier.

Könnten Sie bitte den vorhergehenden Kontext aus den Protokollen angeben? Möglicherweise ist der eigentliche Fehler dort aufgetreten.

PostgreSQL ist separat in Docker installiert, und das Aktualisieren ist kein Problem.

Ist das absolut notwendig? Ich möchte noch nicht auf die Version 3.x.x umsteigen – alle darin enthaltenen KI-Funktionen erfordern die Migration von PostgreSQL zu PgVector. Wir brauchen KI im Forum eigentlich nicht, und ich kenne mich mit PgVector überhaupt nicht aus, daher weiß ich nicht, wie eine solche Migration funktioniert. Daher würde ich vorerst gerne bei der neuesten Version 2.8.x – wenn möglich 2.8.14 – bleiben.
Wenn das nicht möglich ist, muss ich natürlich migrieren. In meiner allerersten Nachricht habe ich gefragt, ob es eine Anleitung für eine solche Migration gibt?

Aber ich möchte das HTTPS und Letsencrypt von Discourse nicht verwenden. Mein Forum befindet sich hinter Nginx, das gemäß unseren Perimeterregeln konfiguriert ist. Ich möchte dieses Setup beibehalten.

Ich habe auf mehrere verwiesen. Ich fürchte, keiner davon trifft auf Ihr Setup zu. Sie müssen PostgreSQL aktualisieren. Sie müssen pgvector installieren.

Dann wird es etwas komplizierter als ich beschrieben habe, da Sie von einer Standardinstallation ziemlich weit entfernt sind.

Wenn Sie ein Budget haben, können Sie in Marketplace fragen oder mich direkt kontaktieren.

Die neueste Version ist Discourse 3.6.0.beta3-latest. Obwohl nichts unmöglich ist, wenn Sie bei 2.8.x bleiben möchten, können Sie genauso gut gar nichts tun. Es wird nicht unterstützt und hat schwerwiegende Sicherheitsprobleme.
