Uploaded file in composer appears in all d-editors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Discourse homepage
2. Click on “+ New Topic”
3. Go to your preferences
4. Upload a file in the composer

Result:

File appears in composer and “About me” editor.

Expected result:

File only appears in composer.
