Urgent: help troubleshoot missing notifications for watched categories

This might work, we’ll dig into the API a bit and see what we can come up with, we’d probably see about coding it to watch every topic in that category.

We plan to move to hosted at some point, so this makes this less viable.

In our case, the answer to this is yes, but we’re talking about a security group of 15 people with about 300 topics a year.

The churn rate seems to be about 2-3 people each year. Old topics are likely to get necro’d because these folks mostly live out of their email.
