URL in browser address bar doesn't change anymore after accessing a faq anchor link

Replication steps on meta:

  1. visit FAQ, click on an anchor link
  2. click anywhere else
  3. look at address bar

Looks like I was using the wrong parameters to replaceState. Fixed in the commit below. Thanks for reporting it!
