While trying to log into my admin account in the Discourse iOS app for my new installation, Discourse told me that I do not have the required trust level to access the user API. Admins are usually exempt from permission checks, so they should probably also exempted here

Yeah a bug, I will fix it, default is that tl0 don’t get access to user api
