User cards customization on Meta Discourse

The user cards here on Meta have well designed and implemented extra spice that I can’t find in Discourse vanilla or the theme components I have searched. Can someone explain how the extra data fields and different location / presentation of some of the existing fields are achieved, please?

I might be missing more, but at least there is…

  • the icons for badges on the top right
  • the Cheers field
  • read and Posted in different location
  • pronouns
  • the birtday cake (does it come with the plugin?)

(((I understand that feedback might not be wanted at this point but in case it helps, I just realized that the user card background works in the Default theme but not in Graceful, where the background is just white. The problem happens on desktop only. The background is shown correctly on mobile. Maybe it is just a local cache problem.)))
