On Topic pages the full name prioritize if same as username.

However on other page like on users page or groups the username shown if same as full name.

@nbianca can you add to your list to ensure we’re consistent when displaying the full name / username?

If the username is very similar to the name, then only the username was displayed. That was implemented on purpose, but did not follow all the other places where we show a username or name. I removed the extra logic in this PR:
