Users in /u capped at 50 - is this meant to be the case?

Several of my keener users have been asking me why we only have 50 users at the moment. Here on meta.discourse.org/u we seem to have 51.

When finally getting around to taking a look, I’ve noticed that on the /u page it seems to be only displaying a maximum of 50 users, despite us having way more. This is regardless of it being daily / weekly / monthly / yearly / all time.

Is this a bug?

Weird. I may be misremembering but this page used to load all users using our infinite-scroll mechanism…
