Usuarios no están recibiendo insignias

Hi,

We noticed that some of the very basic badges, like First Emoji, First post editor, First link and First flag haven’t been awarded, even though they’re enabled.
What could be the issue?

How long did they wait? The scripts that grants badges only runs every so often. For these it’s 5 min iirc
