Users page: Time Read column is only available when All Time is selected and not sortable

Priority/Severity: Low

Platform: Chrome, Firefox and Edge on Windows 10 Enterprise

Description: On the Users page the Time Read column is only available when All Time is selected - should it also be available when Year, Quarter etc. are selected? Also, there isn’t the ability to sort by Time Read. All other columns are sortable.

Reproducible steps: Go to the Users page, filtered by Yearly: Discourse Meta - Time Read column isn’t included.
Go to the Users page, filtered by All Time: Discourse Meta - Time Read column is displayed but not sortable.

Hey @T_Disco — thanks for posting this. I’m moving it to Feature because this is currently working as designed — time read only appears when the period is set to “All Time”.

Can you share a little bit of detail about why it’d be helpful or useful to see the time read column for the other timeframes (e.g., year, quarter, etc.)?

Thanks @lindsey - I just thought it seemed inconsistent and that users would find it as useful as the other statistics that are displayed for the other timeframes. It would be interesting to know why it was decided to only display Time Read when “All Time” was selected.

Most time reading is the first summary of activity displayed in the Year in Review:
