Using Discourse Auth Proxy as an SSO Provider for another site

PROXY_URL should be https://mycustomsite.com/
and LISTEN_URL is 0.0.0.0:80

Although my configuration passes SSO, I cannot access mycustomsite.com.The page is constantly refreshed and re-requested sso.
