This topic is just to say that if you use textLikeThisButMuchLonger you can make your autobiography scroll to the far right. I don’t really understand this feature, because wouldn’t it be better (for people on mobile devices, I guess) to just scroll down?

Sometimes you assume that people won’t behave like fools. If someone creates a bio like that, it’s the user, not discourse, that has created a bug.
If you have users who want people not to read their profiles, that’s fine. They could just as well left them blank.
Yes, unless there is a legitimate use case for a member to enteranexceptionallylongstringoftextthatwillbreakwordwrap into their About me field, I don’t see the need for Discourse code to be able to deal with intentional breakage.
We appreciate the report but we prefer to spend time on issues that actively disrupt the experience for others versus being mild, rare annoyances.
