Existe un error de UX en la vista móvil del tema Horizon. En los mensajes privados, el relleno de small-action está desalineado, lo que hace que la “x” en “x meses después” sea invisible.
Esto se debe al rediseño del cuerpo, y este commit lo excluye para alinear los comportamientos.

There exists a UX bug in mobile view of the horizon theme. In PM, the padding of… `small-action` is misaligned, causing the "x" in "x month later" to be invisible.
This is caused by the body redesign, and this commit exclude that to align behaviors.
